Light-duty towing
Cars, SUVs, minivans, and half-ton pickups. Breakdowns, accidents, shop-to-shop, and private property when the vehicle is released to us.
If it is AWD, lowered, or should not roll, we put it on a deck instead of dragging it. That decision is made on the call, not after we show up with the wrong truck.
Medium-duty towing
Work vans, cab-and-chassis, and lighter commercial units that a car truck should not take. Call with weight and wheelbase.
We will not invent a capacity number on this page. If the unit is above what the assigned truck can legally take, we say so before we roll and we do not book it.
Heavy-duty and commercial
Fleet and commercial tows when the wrecker is the right tool. Box trucks, equipment moves, and dealer or shop transfers.
Confirm capacity on the call. We will not book a job the truck cannot legally take, and we will not guess a GVWR in marketing copy.
Flatbed towing
Two decks in the fleet. AWD, low cars, motorcycles, wrecks that should not roll, and anything you do not want on a wheel-lift.
If you need the vehicle to stay as-is for insurance photos, say that. We load it, strap it, and take it to the shop or to storage.
Wrecker service
One wrecker for recoveries and tows where a hook and wheel-lift is the right tool — tight lots, quick scene pulls, and commercial units that belong on the wrecker, not a car deck.
If the wrecker is the wrong truck, we tell you and send a flatbed. Right truck first.
Winch and recovery
Ditch, curb, parking stop, soft shoulder, median, and off-pavement pulls. Winch time is quoted before we start pulling.
If we cannot see a clean pull from the pin you send, we will say that. We do not start a recovery and then invent a second bill after the cable is out.
Motorcycle towing
Soft-strap flatbed loading for street bikes and cruisers in Crowley, Burleson, and south Fort Worth. No leaning them against a wrecker boom.
Tell us the bike type and whether it is in a parking garage or on the shoulder. We bring the deck that can take it.
Roadside, lockout, jump, tire, fuel
Jump start, tire change, lockout, and fuel delivery when the vehicle can stay in place. If it will not restart, we convert to a tow on the same call.
Roadside is not a second company. Same Crowley dispatch, same trucks if the jump does not take.
Accident towing
Scene tows to a shop you choose or to our storage. Bring the claim number if you have it. Consent tows only — we do not invent a police rotation we are not on.
If the shop is closed, say “storage” so we hold the unit instead of leaving it on a lot overnight. See accident and insurance storage.
