Tell us the vehicle, location, and drop-off. You get the truck type and the price before we roll. If the job changes on scene — winch, extra miles, a second vehicle — we say so before we start the extra work.
We lead with the right truck, not the cheapest hook. A light-duty deck on a medium-duty problem costs more in the end.
On the first call
- Where and what. Pin drop or exit, vehicle, whether it rolls.
- Which truck. Flatbed, wrecker, or roadside-only. We tell you before we leave.
- The number. Hook, mileage, and any winch we already know about — quoted before we roll.

Arrival time depends on where the truck is, not a canned “45 minutes everywhere” line. About 30 minutes west, south, and east of Crowley. Crowley, Burleson, Joshua, Cleburne, Godley, Cresson, Venus, Alvarado, Everman, Forest Hill, Kennedale, Mansfield, Benbrook, and south Fort Worth. We are not running north into Dallas or HEB.
